General Information

Garage Sales - These are limited to one every six months (two per calendar year, minimum of 30 days apart). The permits are obtained from the Borough Clerk's Office at a fee of $10.00. No signs are permitted on any municipal shade trees, street signs, traffic signs or utility poles.

Voter Registration – is taken by the office of the Borough Clerk for new residents, change of address, first time registrations and change of name. Forms are available for: Party Affiliation, Changes, Absentee Ballot Applications and Mail-In Registrations. Elections in New Jersey are as follows: Primary – June, General – November, School in April.

Parking Permits – Commuter parking permits are available to residents only, for the upper train station parking lot. These may be obtained at the Borough Hall with your car registration. The Fee is $225.00 annually, running from January through December; and these permits are not transferable. Meters are available for daily parking at the cost of $4.00 per day (quarters, dollar coins and bills).

Street Light Out – Call Police Department and give them the address and pole number.
