The Ho-Ho-Kus Board of Health and the Valley Hospital Community Health is Offering the FREE H1N1 (Swine) Flu Vaccination Clinic

The Clinic will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm

At the Ho-Ho-Kus Municipal Building

All Age Groups are Welcome

(H1N1 injectable vaccine will be available for anyone 6 months and older)
